Tariffs

All tariffs are quoted in Australian dollars. Tariffs are per night for up to 6 adults for Birch House and 2 adults for Birch Studio. Tariff includes wine & chocolates on arrival, as well as a range of teas & ground coffee.

Standard Rates (minimum 2 nights*)

Birch House	$180 per night
Birch Studio	$120 per night
Birch House & Birch Studio Combined	$240 per night

Weekly Discounted Rates:

Birch House	$1080 per week
Birch Studio	$720 per week
Birch House & Birch Studio Combined	$1,435 per week

* Single night bookings are occasionally available and attract a 25% surcharge. Please call 0414 810 420 to check availability.

Peak Rates ** (minimum 2 nights)

Birch House	$195 per night
Birch Studio	$160 per night
Birch House & Birch Studio Combined	$260 per night

Birch House	$1,170 per week

Birch House & Birch Studio Combined	$1,500 per week

** Peak rates include Victorian School Holidays, Easter, Long Weekends & Local Festivals.

A portacot is available for $10.00 per booking.
